William Graham is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Graham Bros. Construction Limited. Mr. Graham is the original founder of the company and has been involved in the construction industry for over 50 years. Mr. Graham has served as a director of the Ontario Road Builders’ Association for several years and has been a director of the Ontario Jockey Club for over 15 years. Mr. Graham was inducted into the Ontario Road Builders’ Association Hall of Fame in 2009. |

Alfredo Maggio
President

Alfredo Maggio is the President of Graham Bros. Construction Limited. He has been with Graham Bros. since 1998 and has held many position from field engineer to vice president and general manager, Mr. Maggio has been involved with the construction industry for over 20 years. He has been a director with the Ontario Road Builders' Association(ORBA) since 2002, and assumed the presidency in 2011.
Mr. Maggio is a graduate of the University of Toronto Civil Engineering program and has been a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers since 1997. |

Carl Graham
Vice President, Operations |
Carl Graham is the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the management and coordination of the daily construction operations. Mr. Graham’s vast experience in the construction industry spans three decades. Having graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute’s Civil Technology program in 1972 and receiving his certification as Engineering Technologist from the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists in 1972, Mr. Graham went on to become Gold Seal Certified by the Canadian Construction Association in 1999. Mr. Graham currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association. |

Ken Richardson

Kenneth Richardson joined Graham Bros. Construction Limited in 1986 after being employed in the banking industry and municipal government. Mr. Richardson held the position of City Clerk and Town Administrator for several years. Mr. Richardson holds a certificate in municipal administration (AMCT) from Queen’s University. |

Janice Campbell
Controller/CFO |
Janice Campbell is the Controller/CFO for Graham Bros. Construction Limited and its affiliates. She has worked for the company since February 2006 and is responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, accounting and control.
Ms. Campbell is a Chartered Accountant who obtained her designation in 1989 and is a York University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. |
