Senior Estimator/Project Manager: Responsible for the preparation of estimates and management of successful bids, this individual should have a minimum of 8 years estimating and management experience in heavy civil construction and an excellent understanding of MTO and municipal construction drawings and specifications. Advanced oral and written communication skills, a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and scheduling software, as well as, a strong understanding of financial costing, are prerequisites. The candidate must have a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a company environment. Preference will be given to those having a P. Eng. or C.E.T. designation. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include a comprehensive benefit package.
